The town of Rovinj and its 10 islands, their pleasant micro-climate and year round abundant sunny days, offer the opportunity to bath in the sea and sunbathe in beautiful natural surroundings. Other activities include long walks along the coast in the shade of pine trees, hiking in the picturesque heart of the Istrian peninsula, and bike riding by the Adriatic. You may also decide to experience the charms of in-land wine roads and enjoy gastronomic delights of the traditional Istrian cuisine.

This newly built, fully-equipped apartments are located in a villa in close proximity to the botanical gardens of Zlatni rt Park, and only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach Kuvi, are available for renting all year round. The apartments are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival, to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. They are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday

Apartment with capacity of 6-8 persons on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed the others with 2 single beds in each), 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen with dishwasher (couch can be extended for 2 sleeping places). SAT/TV, central heating, AC, safe. Free & unlimited WIFI in all apartments.

Cuvi Beach is located only few kms from the city center of Rovinj and only 10 minuets from the apartment. In this coastal part the beaches are very well-attended due to the gravels and pebbles and the easy access to the sea. It has parking place. The beach is mostly rocky with gravel and pebble parts suitable for families with children. There are some beach bars and other services on the gravel road toward Villas Rubin resort with some water sport rentals and beach fun. The lifeguard is also available. The beautiful pine tree forest and services are perfect for visitors willing to stay at the beach the entire day.
