The luxury apartment is located only 2 minutes from the beach. It also is very close to Rovinj town centre,which easly reachable by car, bike or by taking a nice walk by the sea. It offers an ideal holiday for friends or families who want to spend it on the beach nearby, enjoying the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea. It is air-conditioned and features 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a washing machine, and 3 toilets. All bedrooms has an LCD TV with satellite channels. Pets are not allowed.

Free private parking for up to 3 cars is available on site. Guests can rent bicycles to explore the surrounding Istrian countryside. On previous request, a cook and a maid are available at an additional cost.
