It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and additional sofa bed for two in living-room, dining table and a wardrobe as well as a terrace with hot tub that is the perfect place for relaxing, sunbathing, or taking your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Our guests have access to everything in the apartment. You have Internet, cable TV, hot tub, coffee machine, air conditioning system in all rooms... In front of the apartment is a big private parking place that can be seen from inside of the apartment.

Cuvi Beach is located only few kms from the city center of Rovinj and only 10 minuets from the apartment. In this coastal part the beaches are very well-attended due to the gravels and pebbles and the easy access to the sea. It has parking place. The beach is mostly rocky with gravel and pebble parts suitable for families with children. There are some beach bars and other services on the gravel road toward Villas Rubin resort with some water sport rentals and beach fun. The lifeguard is also available. The beautiful pine tree forest and services are perfect for visitors willing to stay at the beach the entire day.
