Located on the 1st floor, the Western apartment( 44m2) is located adjacent to the main balcony, it has a large living area, with fully equipped kitchen and smart tv. The sofa bed in this apartment folds out into a large bed. In total, this apartment can sleep up to 4 guests.The apartment with it's own level, giving privacy and a unique outlook. All guests have access to the wrap around balcony and the ground floor patio with its outdoor monsoon shower.
Bedroom
With a quality Swedish matress and it's own air conditioning, which guests can enjoy after a hard day at the beach or experiencing the charm of Dalmatia. Part of the old stone wall has been restored to add to the authentic experience of being located in the heart of the old town.
Open Ensuite
As part of the main bedroom, this apartment has an open ensuite with shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine.
Facilities
Full equipped kitchen with fridge, bathroom with shower, towels and washing machine, vanity set, air-condition.
Parking: We have a pass available for street parking (subject to availability) for €5 a day. This pass entitles you to park in any of the council-owned parking spaces in Makarska. Please let us know if you require this when you book. If parking permits are unavailable, we know of a nearby parking lot that we can recommend.( pre-booking is not available)
