Pazin, Istria
Pazin is the “capital of Istria” or "heart of Istria”, located at the very center of the Istrian peninsula. The town was mostly built beneath the medieval fortress.
The medieval Castle of Pazin situated above the 130m cliff.
Under the walls of the Castle, the Stream of Pazincica ends its flow above the ground, it is a small karst subterranean river.
